My main areas of interest are facilitating the training process in team sports, such as football and rugby. Specifically, I am interested in the application of practical high intensity intermittent training interventions that can be used to improve physiology and performance metrics in a time-efficient methods. I am also interested in the prescription and subsequent monitoring of team sport training in practice, focusing on the agreement between coaches and athletes data for both internal and external training load measures.
